What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

  • Your account information (name and email address)
  • All screen time reports and app usage records of the child devices paired with your account
  • The installed apps lists and device information of those child devices
  • Notification tokens of your device and the paired child devices
  • The link between your account and the paired child devices

If a child's phone is also paired with another parent's account, its data stays available to that parent. Otherwise, data sharing from the child's phone stops. The Child360 Child app can then be uninstalled from the child's phone.

What is kept, and for how long

Some data is kept for a limited time after your account is deleted.

Backups

Deleted data may remain in backups for a short time, after which it is permanently erased.

Deleting only a child device

To stop sharing without deleting your account, either of you can remove the pairing.

On the child's phone

The child can unpair in the Child360 Child app at any time. Every paired parent gets a notification.

On your phone

Open the device's page in the Child360 app and remove it.

When you remove a device, its reports are deleted from your account. If your child unpairs, past reports stay visible in your app until you remove the device or delete your account.
